Clare has been a qualified osteopath since 2015. She chose Osteopathy after receiving treatment as a sporty teenager and went on to study at the British School of Osteopathy, which is now the  Health Sciences University. She is also an APPI qualified Matwork Pilates instructor and has taught in Berkhamsted.

 

Through the time she spent teaching Pilates Clare is able to prescribe tailored and targeted exercises as part of a treatment plan. Clare loves the variety of her work, listening to people’s stories and using her knowledge and experience to get clients back to their normal activities or working with them to reach new goals.
